Founded in 1990 by Ernest C. Wronka, whose passion for real estate grew from running his family’s commercial construction and land development company, Wronka Ltd remains a hands-on, client-driven firm. Today, Ernie and his wife and business partner, Marianne Wronka, continue to personally guide each client through the purchase, sale, and leasing of commercial and industrial properties across Greater Boston, Eastern Massachusetts, and Southern New Hampshire.
