For over twenty years, Marianne has served as partner and executive vice president of Wronka Ltd. She leads the company’s commercial real estate services and is dedicated to understanding client needs and devising strategies to boost their corporate productivity. Marianne is an adept negotiator, representing commercial property owners and landlords in the Boston area, and assisting buyers and tenants in securing commercial spaces that meet their specific needs.
Marianne is a licensed Massachusetts salesperson with an extensive background in sales and commitment to delivering exceptional customer service. Her career includes senior leadership positions at International Insurance Group, Ltd., where she was instrumental in founding the company and managed major accounts such as Au Bon Pain, Panera Bread, CertainTeed (formerly Bird Corporation), Lincoln Hotels and A.W. Perry. Additionally, Marianne contributed her expertise as an inside sales professional at Comcast/NBC Universal.
Marianne’s dedication reaches beyond her professional life into her community. She is an active member of the Wakefield Lynnfield Chamber of Commerce, serves on the board of Temple Emmanuel of Wakefield and The Friends of The Stoneham Library. She is a former board member of the Massachusetts Society of Licensed Insurance Advisers (former Society Newsletter Editor) and earned the John J. Rogers Award, the organization’s highest honor for outstanding dedication and service.
Previously, Marianne was active in various community groups. She was honored to be one of the first women admitted to the Rotary Club of Boston. She also served as a member of the Lynnfield Rotary Club and the Lynnfield Business Coalition for Better Schools and was both a Friend and an elected Trustee of the Lynnfield Library.
Marianne graduated from the University of Wisconsin with a bachelor’s degree and has earned the Associate in Risk Management designation. She lives in Stoneham, Massachusetts with her husband and business partner, Ernie Wronka. In her spare time, Marianne enjoys reading, traveling, and volunteering with PAWS of Wakefield and the Lynnfield Rotary Club.
