Ernie Wronka founded Wronka Ltd. in 1990 and has been a licensed commercial real estate professional for more than 42 years. Nationally recognized for his expertise, Ernie is known as a trusted client advisor, strong negotiator, and dedicated mentor. He represents buyers, sellers, owners, and tenants, coordinating appraisals, inspections, financing, environmental studies, and zoning approvals to ensure seamless transactions.

A passion for client service drives Ernie’s business approach, combining decades of market knowledge with direct, honest guidance. His reputation for professionalism, creative problem-solving, and integrity has made him a valued partner to clients across industries. Ernie holds both the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors® (SIOR) and Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designations—achievements shared by fewer than 1% of real estate professionals nationwide. He is also honored as a SIOR Legacy Member for his long-standing leadership in the profession.

Ernie studied civil engineering, with a focus on commercial construction and land development, at California Polytechnic State University, after earning his engineering degree from Mount San Antonio College. His early career included overseeing construction and multi-family development projects for his family’s business, followed by a leadership role in national sales and marketing for a Cambridge-based pharmaceutical company, where he built a network of 150 distributors and trained a 600-person salesforce.

Ernie launched his real estate career at Algonquin Industrial Real Estate in Needham, MA, later becoming a top producer at Ryan, Elliott & Company, and then Senior Vice President at Hunneman Commercial Company. Throughout his career, he has earned recognition for his depth of experience and a client-first philosophy that consistently delivers results.

He is an active member of the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR®) and has contributed to professional groups including the International Development Research Council (IDRC), Building Owners and Managers Association, Greater Boston Real Estate Board, Commercial Brokers Association, International Facilities Management Association (IFMA), Urban Land Institute (ULI), and the founding leadership of the New England Chapter of NAIOP.

In addition to his professional work, Ernie has devoted significant time to community service. He founded the Lynnfield Business Coalition for Better Schools and led the early initiatives to rebuild Lynnfield’s school system, improving education for thousands of local students. He also served as President of the Rotary Club of Lynnfield and as a member of the Town of Lynnfield Finance Committee. Ernie has received two Rotary Paul Harris Fellow awards in recognition of his commitment to Rotary’s motto “Service Above Self” and his instrumental role in the rebuilding of all Lynnfield schools. Ernie resides in Stoneham, Massachusetts with his wife and business partner, Marianne Wronka. He enjoys spin cycling, kickboxing, and cardio fitness.
