Following IIG's acquisition by International Risk Management, Inc. (IRM) in early 1996, provided technical assistance and background information to new management. Participated and contributed to the IRM Productivity and Communications teams.

As holder of surplus lines license used by IIG, implemented procedures to track state filing. Responsible for filing with State I last 2 years.
Developed with accounting staff procedures for the consistent documentation of premium financing.
